Summary
AxiaNET conducts business honestly and without the use of corrupt practices to gain an unfair advantage. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, and we comply fully with the Bribery Act 2010.
What is prohibited
- Offering, giving, requesting or accepting any bribe — money or anything of value — to influence a business decision.
- Facilitation payments or "kickbacks" of any kind.
- Gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence, or that could reasonably be seen that way.
Gifts & hospitality
Modest, reasonable and transparent gifts or hospitality given in the normal course of business are acceptable. Anything that could create an obligation, or that is lavish or frequent, is not. If in doubt, declare it to management before accepting.
Record keeping
We keep accurate books and records, and all expenses and payments are documented and subject to review.
Raising concerns
Suspected bribery or corruption must be reported to management or via our Whistleblowing Policy. Reports can be made in confidence, and no one will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern. Contact: helpdesk@axia.co.uk.
